Classes
Annual Membership £3.00. £25.00 per course. Each course lasts for 10 weeks. A MAXIMUM OF 10 DOGS TO A CLASS.
TUESDAY Kennel Club Puppy Foundation Course - 6.30pm - 7.00pm Puppies are taught basic obedience and also have the opportunity to socialise with other dogs. (We admit puppies at any time through a course as we believe waiting at this impressionable time can cause problems) ◊◊◊ Starters - 7.00pm - 7.30pm For the dog that is past puppy hood but has had little or no training. ◊◊◊ Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze Award - 7.30pm - 8.00pm The Bronze award aims to provide the handler with a basic knowledge of understanding and training their canine companion ◊◊◊ Kennel Club Good Citizen Silver Award - 8.00pm - 8.30pm For the handler who has already been awarded the Bronze Award Certificate. The aim is to build upon the skills learned in the Bronze Award whilst increasing the level of difficulty. ◊◊◊ Kennel Club Good Citizen Gold Award - 8.30pm - 9.00pm This is the highest level of achievement of the Scheme and builds upon the skills learnt in the Silver Award and develops more advance training skills of the dog and handler. ◊◊◊ Advanced - 9.00pm - 10.00pm For members who wish to take their training to a higher level and may at some point wish to compete in competition. ◊◊◊ THURSDAY 7.00pm - 10.00pm For members of the Club who are already competing in competition obedience. Any member who is interested is welcome to come along and watch a session in progress.
